1. The normal shelf life of purchasing and forwarding packages is 180 days (about 6 months), starting from the order status "in storage". If it exceeds 150 days, an email will be sent to remind the user to submit the package waybill. If the package waybill is not submitted or no feedback is given after 180 days, it will be regarded as abandoning the goods. We will destroy the expired goods uniformly.
2. The shelf life of abnormal packages (i.e. the package is signed for first but the order is not submitted or the logistics information is not completed) is 60 days, starting from the order status "signed for". Since such packages cannot match the relevant orders and users, no reminder can be made. If the expired 1688buyers will be regarded as abandoning the custody and destroying them.
Related rules:
1. During the custody period, 1688buyers is responsible for the custody of the goods and bears the corresponding responsibilities, but the shelf life of the goods is not within the custody scope (for example: the shelf life of perishable items is only 1 month).
2. No reminders or notifications will be made for destroyed goods.
To avoid the destruction of goods, please submit the package waybill in time within the effective storage period. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
