Submit a purchasing order
Method 1: 1688buyers supports information capture from Taobao/Tmall/JD.com products. You select the size, color, version, quantity, etc. of the product and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now". If you purchase products from the above platforms and the "Manual Form Filling" page appears, you need to fill in the product order information and submit the order.
[99% of the products on the platform can be obtained. If not, you can place an order by manually filling in the form]
Method 3: Fill in the product information through international forwarding and submit the order directly to the 1688buyers platform; after logging in as a member, go to ‘Member Center’ → ‘Forwarding Order Warehouse Address’ → ‘Warehouse Address’ to obtain the forwarding address (this address information is the delivery address information you filled in when placing an order on e-commerce platforms such as Taobao and JD.com), then submit the order, click Submit, and fill in the courier information you purchased on the 1688buyers platform and submit it!
- International logistics has mailing restrictions on some products. Please pay attention to restrictions and risk information and make careful decisions.
- There is a minimum purchase quantity limit for 1688 products. Please pay attention to the merchant's minimum order quantity when purchasing.

Submit Waybill
Select the parcels that have arrived in the warehouse in My Orders to submit the waybill for overseas shipment, or wait for all the parcels to be shipped to arrive in the warehouse and submit the waybill at once
- Some products are subject to postal restrictions and cannot be delivered via all logistics routes. 1688buyers will filter out the available delivery methods for you and you can choose from them.
Select address to pay for shipping
According to your actual needs, fill in the overseas recipient information, select the route you think is appropriate, and then pay the order shipping fee.
